The hosting committee has adopted a Covid protocol that aims to provide a safe and healthy environment for all conference participants. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the content.
Most important to notice is that all delegates – in correspondence with official guidance – will be required to show valid proof of immunity (full vaccination or recovery from Covid-19 within the previous 6 months) and identity (photo ID will be necessary) at conference registration. Delegates who cannot do so will not be permitted to register. Please note that a negative PCR test or antigen test result in the absence of valid proof of immunity will not be sufficient. Immunity certificates will also be necessary for the gala event at Dublin Castle, visiting The Book of Kells and access to restaurants or pubs in Dublin.
At all times during your stay at the ERNOP Conference, we expect all delegates to take responsibility for their own safety and the safety of others through adopting social distancing measures, face coverings, personal health and hygiene, and other precautions as necessary. These should be followed throughout all areas of the conference venue to help prevent the spread of coronavirus and support in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all. Please comply with the instructions of the venue staff and conference organisers and volunteers, they are given with the intention of helping you meet your responsibility towards yourself and others.
